Olaolu has worked for several cultural institutions such as Berlinale Film Festival and AfroPolitan Berlin, before becoming an entrepreneur and creator with a strong societal impact. Together with Tebbi Nimindé-Dundadengar, Olaolu has co-created “tebalou” – an award winning online shop for diversity and inclusion in the world of kids and parents. Their first book “Gib mir mal die Hautfarbe” has become a bestseller in Germany.
