Yolanda is a consultant for value driven brands and BIPoC Community activator. She studied Social Science and American Studies at the Humboldt University Berlin and got her master degree in Public Policy at the Hertie School of Governance in 2015. As an expert, speaker and curator, Yolanda is constantly participating in some of the most impactful conventions, summits and festivals in Germany, contributing to the discourse of diversity and innovation in global cultural development. The co-founder of “The Impact Company” develops strategies for companies and organizations, supporting their transformation towards diversity and equality.
